Kajima Europe Limited is a wholly-owned subsidiary of Kajima Corporation; one of the world’s leading global contractors in the construction industry since 1840. From its London headquarters, Kajima Europe manages subsidiaries in the UK, Czech Republic, France, Germany and Poland.
Kajima Europe’s principal activities are property investment and development as well as construction.
In the UK and France the focus is on property development and investment. In the UK we have developed commercial offices in Central London and a business park near Heathrow Airport. We also have a long-term commitment to the development and operation of schools, hospitals and other public facilities under the UK Government’s Private Finance Initiative (PFI). In France, we have developed Les Domaines de Saint Endréol, a prestigious golf and spa resort in the South of France and others are planned.
Meanwhile, in Central Europe we offer a full construction service both as a design-and-build team and as a general contractor. Our projects include industrial, retail and commercial buildings.
